From Faith to Fulfillment: Chiamaka’s Journey to Motherhood
“The miracle-working God came through for us after three years that felt like thirty.”
Every testimony reminds us that hope is never wasted. Today, we celebrate Chiamaka, one of our cherished Marinade Hub members, whose journey is a beautiful reminder that God still writes amazing stories.
Chiamaka discovered Marinade Hub Fertility Foundation through a Facebook post and decided to join the community. From that moment, she embraced every opportunity to strengthen her faith. She participated wholeheartedly in the activities of the Hub, including the Pregnancy Challenge, online night prayers, and outreach visits.
One act of faith that stood out was during the online pregnancy challenge. Despite living in an area with an unreliable power supply, she faithfully joined the midnight prayers. With a torchlight beside her, she placed folded clothes under her dress as a point of contact and danced before God as though she was already carrying her baby. She also visited a motherless babies’ home with her husband, believing that their season of joy was near.
After three years of waiting, Chiamaka and her husband visited a fertility clinic in October 2022 to inquire about IVF and begin planning financially. However, the doctor encouraged them to wait until the following year.
Before those plans became necessary, God answered.
The same God they had trusted throughout their journey blessed them with the miracle they had long prayed for. Today, Chiamaka is joyfully expecting her baby—a testimony of faith, perseverance, and God’s perfect timing.
Reflecting on her journey, she shares:
> “The Hub built my faith. I participated in the activities, believed the prayers, and drew hope from every encouragement. I want to encourage everyone still trusting God to key into the activities of the Hub with faith. God is still answering prayers.”
She also expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Marinade Hub team, the nurses, and every member of the Pregnancy Room for their unwavering prayers, encouragement, and support.
As we celebrate this beautiful testimony during our 5th Anniversary, we are reminded that every family deserves hope.
